880 Winter Street

This project consisted of 230,000 SF of demolition over 3 floors and the exterior. Our scope included completely removing all interior finishes on each floor, including the lobby areas. In addition to interior finishes being removed, we performed multiple slab on deck openings for the proposed MEP installation and new stairs. We also sawcut, removed, excavated, backfilled, and re-poured 500+ linear feet of slab on grade concrete for the proposed plumbing scope. Giving the tight schedule on this project, we utilized multiple crews working multiple shifts in order to deliver the project on schedule.
